Retired Disc Jockey, Continuity Director and Newspaper Editor. I was raised on a farm outside of El Dorado, Kansas, under which lies the largest oil deposit in the United States. They started pumping oil in the 1800's and are still pumping! It was a wonderful place to grow up. Now I live in Wichita, Kansas, the air capital of the world. Here, we have Cessna Wallace, Cessna Prospect, Cessna Pawnee, Lear Jet, Air Bus, Raytheon Beech, Spirit Aero Systems and Boeing. I am now retired and live alone. Because I lived in a domestic violence situations for 22 years, my drawings have given me the opportunity to reach out to other victims as well as vent my feelings. I have learned much in my journey. I have conquered my feelings of pain and anger, and live a happy life now. My abuser didn't win! My daughter Kim passed away at age 36, and I miss her so much. I have a son Kris and a granddaughter Katalyna Kathryn.
